James L. Craighead, May 6, 1867 - Nov 15, 1953 L. Belle Craighead, Oct 30, 1876 - Mar 12, 1943. James Lewis Craighead married Laura Belle Herring on Jan 7, 1899. She was a daughter of Thomas Wesley Herring and Mary Jane Young, granddaughter of John Herring and Lucy Carver, and, Joseph Young and Nancy Nichols. She was my 1st cousin 3 times removed. James Craighead was a son of Robert Powell Craghead and Nancy C. Hall. He was a grandson of William Craghead and Nancy P. Craghead, and was my 3rd cousin 3 times removed.
