Charles William McClellan was a son of Oliver Thomas McClellan and Elizabeth Cottam. He married Margaret Douglass on Oct. 10, 1906 in Callaway Co., Missouri. She was a daughter of David Douglass and Sara E. Adcock. Elizabeth V. McClellan was their daughter.
