Ralph W. Millard & Opal F. Garrett

Ralph W. Millard, July 22, 1912 - Feb. 26, 2003. Opal F.G. Millard, Sept. 13, 1914 - Apr. 6, 1996. He was a son of Ora Thomas and Bert A. Millard. She was a daughter of Altha Bowman and Raymond R. Garrett, and was my 5th cousin once removed.
