Lula Herring, Mar 1, 1873 - Oct 16, 1942. Lula Frances Neill was the second wife of Ira Brooks Herring. They were married about 1910. She was a daughter of Jeremiah Napoleon Neill and Louisa Jane Douglass, a granddaughter of Arthur Neill and Ann Unknown.
