Francis E. Kemp, 1914 - 1979. Ruby M. Kemp, 1920 - 1992. Francis Elmo Kemp was a son of William Thomas Kemp and Margaret Velma Maddox. He was a grandson of John P.R. Kemp and Sarah Elizabeth Musgrove, and, Richard Thomas Maddox and Henrietta Allison Moore. He was my 3rd cousin once removed. He married Ruby Myrtle Frey.
