Ray S. Craghead, MOMM 1 US Navy, World War II, Mar. 29, 1919 - Dec. 29, 1974. Ray Smart Craghead was a son of Solomon Augustus Craghead and State Ira Davis. He was a grandson of Robert Powell Craghead and Nancy C. Hall. He was my 4th cousin twice removed. On Sep. 6, 1947 he married Lillian Dean McNear.
