    • Cra(i)ghead book has his name just Charles Holland. On son Thomas Charles Holland's death certificate, the father is listed as Thomas Charles Holland and mother listed as simply Craighead (spelled with the i). Death certificate also gives birth place of both parents as Virginia.

      This couple did not come to Missouri, but some of their children did.
