Notes	Clayton Craighead spent his entire life in Callaway County, except for the four years in the service in the South Pacific in World War II. He was educated at the Hardin rural school, and McCredie and Auxvasse High Schools. He was a farmer and livestock producer. He owned a farm just east of Kingdom City. Clayton and his sister, Mary Francis Craighead have lived on a farm in the Ebenezer neighborhood, Calwood Township, which was purchased by their parents in 1910. Neither married.
