Notes |
- Woodson spent his life as a tailor and lived in Craig, CO.
Four brothers Herbert, Woodson, Allen, Norman, served in WW I of 1917-1919. All came out without a scratch, per DWH letter
WW I Corporal, was in the 77th Division in France but did not engage in battle, per DWH letter
Of Craig Colorado in 1970 per Margaret (Corbin) Lutz, as quoted by Tom M Short II
On the 1930 census, Woodson was living in Pana IL, boarding in a house at 2 E. 6th St. Age 35, widower. Occupation was dry cleaner. With him were two sons, Woodson Jr. age 7 born in California, and Bobby Lee, age 4, born in Colorado. I do not know if Anna Ingwiversen was their mother or if she was a second wife. I do not know why he is in Pana IL, but he did move to Craig Co later.
