    Emilie F. Criswell, Apr. 18, 1860 - Aug. 28, 1951. Emily F. Criswell was a daughter of Albert Warner Criswell and Mary Frances Holt. She was a granddaughter of Robert Criswell and Nancy Evens, and, Abner Holt and Elizabeth S. Foster. She was my 2nd cousin 3 times removed.…

  • Notes 
    • She lived in Guthrie Missouri all her life. She died at age 91 after being a patient in the Callaway Hospital for 2 days. She never married. Her sister, Bettie Sheley, signed her death certificate.

      Name on headstone is spelled Emilie.

      Married.
      On Oct. 22nd, at the residence of the bride's father, Mr. Warner Criswell, by W.B. Walthall, Samuel Powell and Miss Emma Criswell.
      Note: I found this marriage record and believe it is the right person. I wonder since she reportedly never married if this marriage ended quickly in a divorce or annulment? Don't know. She was not living at home with her parents in 1880.
