      The marriage of John A. Craghead and Miss Dollie Bowen, which occurred Wednesday evening at the study of the Christian church in this city, was a pleasant surprise to the young couple's many friends. Reverend Hart said the ceremony. The groom is a steady young man, a son of Mr. and Mrs. C.R. Craghead of this city, and the bride a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Bowen and a young lady of good social standing.

      From the Cra(i)ghead of Missouri book:
      He was educated in the Fulton schools and for a time was a City electrician and then he conducted his own electrical shop until he moved to Colorado Springs, Co. in 1910. He opened his own shop there, on N. Tojon Street, called the Colorado Electric co., which he owned and operated until his death.

      John and Martha adopted a daughter, Jo Ann.
