    • Holt - At the State Lunitic Asylum in this city, May 4, 1884, of consumption, Landy A. Holt, aged 34 years.
      He had been employed at the S.L.A. for a number of years as attendant and night watch, and served for some time prior to his death as druggist. He leaves a host of friends and was a popular and useful man in the community. The remains were interred Tuesday at the family cemetery near Carrington.
