He married - 22 Nov 1879
Late 1800's there were reports of a "Day Gang"-in papers and book. It consisted of Jackson Day-William Day-Truman Day-Fred Moody-Fred Neff. The Neffs married into the Polaceks. Fred Neff married a Benskin. The Polaceks got arrested for moonshining. Says the Day Gang stole $530 in cash & 2-$20 gold pieces, etc. from the Martin Wolfman house in Montgomery County, MO. Says William Day went to the pen.
