• Notes	He was a prominent clergyman of the Church of England, who was removed for nonconformity to the established church. He opposed the reconstruction of a monarchy after Cromwell, and was imprisoned for his part in the Rye House conspiracy. He married Elizabeth Walton 1654 at St. Mary Woolnoth Church in London. They are believed to have had 15 children
