Born September 10, 1843, Tallapossa County, Ala. Address, 1921, RFD 2, Clanton, Chilton County, Alabama. 1921, Census of Confederate Soldiers." (1)

"D. F. (Dock) Jacks and wife, old Coosians, are visiting friends and relatives in an around Rockford. They moved from Coosa county to Chilton county 20 or 25 years ago. It has been several years since they visited their old home. We are sorry to learn he is on the sick list while here." (1)
