Cordelia, John, Peter and Sukey & child to Ensley Grubbs and wife (Mary Ann Cofer);
Eliza, Joe and Margaret to Benjamin Cofer;
Frank, Luceta & child, and Lucinda to Jesse Cofer (to himself from the estate).
