      Mrs. S.J. Criswell and daughters, Misses Meta and Maggie, of north of town, are seeing the sights at the World's Fair this week. (This was in St. Louis)

      WOODWARD DAILY PRESS Monday July 11, 1932 pg1 col.6
      Mrs. Criswell buried here beside her husband.
      That she might be laid to rest by the side of her husband, the body of Martha Elizabeth Criswell of Enid, was brought to Woodward and interment was made in Elmwood Cem. this morning. Funeral services were held at Chenowith Chapel this morning at 10:30 o'clock Rev. C. A. Lowe and J. F. Quisenberry officiating. Mrs. Criswell died Sunday at the home of her daughter Mrs. C. W. Tedrowe, after an illness of six months.
      Survived by one son Cecil Criswell of Jackson, Ky; 2 daughters Mrs. D. L. Dennis of San Antonio, Texas and Mrs. C. W. Tedrowe of Enid, Okla. A sister Mrs. N. A. Dickenson of Bakersfield, Calif. Mrs. Criswell was born Oct. 29, 1859. Came to Oklahoma from Missouri 20 years ago. James S. Criswell whom she married 14 eb. 1883 died 17 April, 1925.
