  He lived at 310 W. 7th Street, Fulton, Missouri, at the time of his death. In the blank on his death certificate for name of hospital or institution it says Austin Home. Not sure if this was a nursing home or what, and if it was at the 310 W. 7th St. address. When his wife died a few months later, she was at this same address, but nothing noted about Austin Home. He was a retired farmer. His parents were Samuel M. Blankenship and Kitty White. He was never in the military. He was census taker in Auxvasse township for 1920 census.
