Emma married to Millard Thurston, living in the house with Addie and her husband. He's 36, she's 28, been married 3 years. No children. He was born in Mo, both parents from W. Va. He is the secretary at the school for the deaf. He was deaf.

Millard F. Thurston Appointed to Office Left Vacant by J.W. Smart's Resignation.
Millard F. Thurston, of Fulton, was named city assessor by Mayor Charles M. Wilson, to succeed Jeff W. Smart, whose resignation was accepted at the meeting of the city council last week. Mr., Smart is now making his home in the state of Oregon.
The new accessor, with County assessor Nick Hendrix, will start their work in Fulton the first of next month, and it was stated that it willl require from three to five weeks to finish.
Mr. Thurston is well known in Fulton and Callaway County and his appointment will no doubt meet with the approval of all concerned.
His parents were Charles Thurston and Martha Burnside of W. Virginia. His mother's name might have been Lucinda Martha, she might have been born in Missouri.
Charles Sartor, husband of Millard's wife's sister, gave the information for his death certificate.
He lived at 703 Nichols Street, Fulton, Missouri at the time of his death.
