In the name of God amen I John Williams of Woodford County being sick and weak in body but of perfect sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following first I recommend my soul to God who gave it me and my body to be buried at the discression of my Executors hereafter mentioned and as to what worldly goods it hath pleased god to bless me with I give and dispose of in the following manner. Item. it is first my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid. Item I lend to my loveing wife Sarah Williams all my estate both real and personal except that part of my land lying on the west side of the branch running between where I live and William Williams plantation all which Estate I lend to her for and during her natural life and at her death. I give and dispose of the same in the following manner. Item. I give to my son William Williams all my land at the death of my Land on the west side of the before mentioned branch to him & his heirs forever. Itim. I give to my son William Williams at the death of my wife all the remainder of my tract of Land together with one negroe named John my wagon

and geer and all the plantation utencels except one ax one set of plow irons and one mattock together with all the twols of every kind belonging to my estate which said estate I give to him and his heirs forever. Item. I give unto my daughter Betsey Usselton one negroe girl named Frank to her & her heirs forever. Item. I give unto my daughter Abigal Holeman three Negroes named Delph Moriah & James to her & her heirs forever. Item. I give unto my daughter Polly Lattee one Negroe girl named Beck to her and her heirs forever. Item. I give unto my daughter Rachel Harrison two Negroes named Barnit and Fanny together with one pair of plow Irons and one mattock to her & her heirs forever. Item. I give unto my daughter Pheby Delaney five schillings. Item. I give unto my grandson William Macracking one bow. Item. I give unto my granddaughter Sarah Ship one good feather bed and furniture and one cow. Item. I give all my personal Estate not already mentioned to be equally divided between my daughters Abigal Holeman Sally Floid and Rachel Harrison. Lastly I appoint my wife Sarah Williams Executrix and my son William Williams Executor of this my last will and testament hereby

This the last will and testament of John Williams dec.d was produced in court & proven by oath of Casper Henton and William Ashley two of the subcribibg witnesses thereto & the same is ordered to record where upon Sarah Williams Extrx & William Williams Excr therein named came into court and took the oath required by law & executed bond with Samuel Brooking William B. Long Rich. D. Shipp their securities in the penalty of twelve thousand Dollars conditioned according to Law.
