    • Dawson-Davis
      Benjamin Y. Dawson, a well-known Callawegian and Miss Minten Davis were married at the home of the bride's father, Joseph L. Davis, two and one-half miles south of Readsville, Tuesday evening, in the presence of a small company of friends.
      Mr. and Mrs. Dawson departed Wednesday for San Antonio, Tex., where Mr. Dawson is engaged in the land business, and where they will spend the winter.
      Mr. Dawson is a substantial citizen and is known for his enterprise and progressiveness. Mrs. Dawson is an estimable young woman and is highly esteemed in the community.
