Mrs. Floyd was born on Jan. 3, 1912, in Callaway County, a daughter of Thomas Mitchell and Margaret Belle Shaon Roberts. On July 27, 1944, in Mexico, she married Herbert C. Floyd, who died on Aug. 22, 1977. Mrs. Floyd was a member of Love Street Christian Church. She worked at the shoe factory in Mexico for a number of years, retiring in January 1974. Her survivors include several nieces and nephews. One sister, two brothers, two half sisters and two half brothers preceded her in death.	Alva M. Roberts
