ks 4/22 - The info about Elizabeth (Kyle) Dickson came from some typed pages my grandmother had. The title is HOLEMAN followed by "Data copied by Hattie M. Scott, Frankfort, Ky. from Ky. Records." For a long time I thought Hattie Scott might be related, but I still haven't figured out if she is. At the very end it says "Our gr-gr-gr-grand father and gr-gr-gr-grand mother were EDWARD and ROSETTA HOLEMAN of Kent Co., Maryland."
Anyway, the part about Henry's 2nd wife is quoted from the Ky. Historical Register, May 1921, p 63-66 from an article written by EARL HOLEMAN, Historian.
"HENRY HOLEMAN had a son, EDWARD, born in Kent Co., Maryland in 1760, who married ABAGAIL WILLIAMS, and this couple had a son, HENRY HOLEMAN, Jr., who first married ELIZABETH JONES by whom he had five daughters and two sons. His second marriage was to ELIZABETH DICKINSON nee KYLE in March 1841. She died in Nov. 1844. He then married NANCY NASH in 1846." | Elizabeth Kyle

Grogan Josephine E, daughter in law [arrow marked to Morris P immediately above], 21 married 2, 1 child 1 living, born MO, father born IL, mother born MO
I am guessing that the Josephine E Grogan of the 1910 census is the Josephine E Meyer interred next to Morris P Grogan. The age at burial (85 yrs) matches. Meyer is probably the surname of a later husband. First husband Morris died early.
Maiden name is on daughter Julia's death certificate, looks like Looks or something similar, very hard to read. On 1920 census she is living with her father and last name looks more like Lahie. He was born abt. 1868 in New York, parents born in England. In 1920, he is the manager of a clothing store.
