T.C. Christopher and Miss Hester Cave, both recent employes in the Insane Hospital, went to Boonville and were married by the Probate Judge in that city, Wednesday, Dec. 30, 1903. Sunday, Miss Hester Cave, a daughter of Justinian Cave and wife, informed her parents of the fact, and left for St. Joseph where her husband is employed. Dunnavant-Mattox Nuptials
The marriage of Miss Helen Dunavant, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Dunavant, of Fulton, to Raymond Mattox, son of Mrs. Anna Mattox, of St. Louis, was solemnized on Sunday, July 24, at 2 p.m. at the home of the bride's parents, of West Fifth street.
The ceremony was conducted by the Rev. H.H. Snider. The room was beautifully decorated with flowers and asparagus ferns. The strains of the Mendelssohn wedding march were played by the bride's music teacher, Mrs. W.F. Cave. The bride wore a beautiful gown of white satin crepe and carried a bouquet of white roses and guysophila.
The wedding was attended by a number of relatives of the bride and groom. The bride was educated at the Fulton high school. Mr. Mattox is connected with the Layne Construction company of St. Louis.
After the refreshments were served Mr. and Mrs. Mattox motored to St. Louis where they will make their future home. The young couple received many beautiful wedding gifts. The many friends in this city wish them a married life of much happiness.

Dr. James B. Houf, a thrifty farmer living two miles south of McCredie, and Miss Myrtle Robinson were married Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.L. Robinson, one-half mile southwest of McCredie. The Rev. J.A. Tayor, pastor of the Fulton Baptist church, officiated.
A small company of relatives and close friends attended the event. After the ceremony an elaborate, old-fashioned wedding supper was served the guests by the mother of the bride.
The marriage unites two of the old and prominent families of the county. Dr. Houf is successful in his business undertakings and is valued by his acquaintances for his sturdy manhood. Mrs. Houf is on of the splendid young women of McCredie township and in every way is fitted to be his life companion. The Gazette joins other friends in congratulations. | Family: F14347740
