Named on daughter Nellie's death certificate.
She had a second husband, I do not know his name.

From the History of Callaway county 1984 book:
The family home was a 195 acre farm near Holts Summit, Missouri (Cedar Township). The father had purchased this farm some years before his marriage at age 33, but from 1883 until 1966, when the mother died, it was in operation.
Rearing ten children is a full time job for any mother, but Effie Mae found some time to give to her first love, the Rocky Branch Methodist Church, and to the local schools, Eastern Star, and the Community Extension Club. She operated the home farm for 30 years after her husband died. She was the first farmer in Callaway County to receive Social Security in 1947, at age 72. The amount was $40.00 per month. On the farm where she was born, the Farmer Cemetery is under perpetual care. Aside from the Farmer family, many local people of the Cote Sans Dessein area and members of the Rocky Branch Methodist Church are buried there.
