She was a daughter of the late Stephen Dudley, one of the early pioneer citizens of Callaway, and was born December 12, 1838.
She was twice married, first to Frank Day, her second husband being James H. Bradley. There are three children by the first marriage and four by the latter. They are Mrs. James Hunt, Mrs. Charles Bradley, J. H. Bradley and George W. Bradley, all of whom are living.
The remains were laid to rest in the Friendship church burial grounds at Bachelor, Tuesday November 14th, at 12 O'clock after a short service in the church.

3471 per the Cra(i)ghead of Missouri book:
Gwin Dudley Sr., father of Levi, joined the Bedford Co., Militia in Aug. 1777 and was Capt. in John Wilkerson's company. He is mentioned twice in the Court records of Franklin County Virginia, in Feb. and Nov. 1788, as a member of a committee of Appraisers of property in the settlement of estates. Personal family records, as well as D.A.R., say that Levi was his son. Wingfield's "Marriage Bonds of Franklin Co." identifies a daughter as Elizabeth who married Jan. 3, 1791, Stephen English. It is suspected that the following were also his children, Fanny who married Aug. 13, 1799 John Kemp, Gwen who married Aug. 17, 1797 Mary Pasley, James who married Sept. 19, 1804 Nancy Kemp, and Thomas who married Jan. 16, 1800, Nancy Pasley. The Gwen Jr. who married 1853 Eliza N. Smith, given by Wingfield, was probably Gwen III, and a grandson of the Captain. .... Stephen Dudley, also, perhaps, son of Gwin Dudley.
Gwin Or Gwen Dudley

3472 In 1910, Gwin and wife and daughter Cora were all living with daughter Lucy and family. His occupation was the same as his son-in-law, shopkeeper.

He was a merchant, in retail general merchandise at the time of his death. His wife was living. Tyler Bernard of Bachelor, Missouri, gave the information for his death certificate.
