10302	Kathryn Monzell Herring Kathryn Monzell Herring, 91, of Fulton, died Monday, Nov. 4, 1991 at the Heartland Nursing Home in Fulton. She was born Aug. 5, 1899 in Independence, the daughter of the late John Henry and Rosa May Schaffer Van Reen. She married Nolan "Jack" Herring, Sept. 3, 1952 in Arkansas, and he preceded her in death Aug. 18, 1983. She is survived by two sisters, Rose Henage of Fulton and Elizabeth Roberts of Fulton; one brother, Fred Van Reen of Fulton; one niece, Helen Stephens of Florissant; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Clay Van Reen and W.D. Van Reen and one sister, Gertrude Sanders. She worked in St. Louis during World War II and returned to Fulton in 1945. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m., Wednesday in the Debo Funeral Chapel in Fulton, the Rev. Raymond McCallister Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Callaway Memorial Gardens Cemetery. 10320	E.G. (Gete) Vaughan Dead. The death of E.G. (Gete) Vaughan, 48 years old, which occurred at his home in New Bloomfield neighborhood last Friday, removed one of Cedar township's best citizens. He was buried at Dry Fork church on Sunday, after funeral services by Rev. C.A. Mitchell, of Mexico. Death is attributed to various complications, thought to have been caused by an injury he received about two years ago. His wife survives, as do five children, Helen, Mabel, Payton, Duston and Harry. A brother, H.N. Vaughan of New Bloomfield, and three sisters, Mrs. C.W. Wilson, Mrs. G.W. Griffin, and Mrs. J.A. Gosney, also mourn his death. He was a good man in all respects, honored and respected by all who knew him and his taking away is cause for deep regret.	Edward G. Vaughn Or Vaughan

10330	Helen V. Kimbell, 89, of Fulton, passedd away on Wednesday, June 10, 2009, at her home. She was born May 19, 1920 in Callaway County, the daughter of the late Wilbur B. and Hettie Dane Vaughn. She married Frank Kimbell on June 29, 1937 in St. Louis. He survives at their home. She is also survived by one son, Alfred Pete Kimbell and wife June of Fulton; two daughters-in-law, Pat Kimbell and Annette Kimbell; two sisters, Mable Fischer and Joy Underwood, both of Fulton; four grandchildren, John M. Kimbell of Singer, TX, Kevin Kimbell of New Bloomfield, Jim Kimbell of Fulton, and Kelly M. Hudson of Lake St. Louis; five great-grandchildren, Monica Hudson, Cassandra Kimbell, J T Kimbell, Ashley Kimbell and Cody Kimbell. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, John W. Kimbell in 2004. She had worked as a seamstress for the Fulton State Hospital for over 30 years retiring in 1975. She was a member of White Cloud Presbyterian Church. She loved to play the piano and played for the church. She was a lifetime craft maker. She enjoyed her quilts and making toy bears. 10341	John G. Vaughan of New Bloomfield Dies Funeral Services Thursday afternoon at Dry Fork Church John G. Vaughan, 92 year old resident of New Bloomfield, died Tuesday evening at his home. He had been ill for the last six years. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Dry Fork Baptist Church, with Rev. Lloyd Sapp officiating. Mr. Vaughan was born July 22, 1855 in Boone County, a son of John Sandy and Elizabeth Bullard Vaughan. On October 1, 1878, he was married to Miss Caroline M. Dorton, who with four children preceded him in death. He is survived by four children; A.T. Vaughan, and Mrs. H.B. Hudson of Ashland, J.W. Vaughan, and Mrs. J.D.
