Rufus T. Payne, 1881 - 1965. Addie L. Payne, 1889 - 1924. Rufus T. Payne was a son of James A. Payne and Robert Ella Payne. on May 1, 1907 in Callaway Co., Missouri, he married Addie E. Kemp. She was a daughter of Hiram Smith Kemp and Mary Ann Ross and was my 3rd cousin 3 times removed.
