J.F. Bartley, June 15, 1855 - July 26, 1915. Eliza W. Bartley, Dec. 26, 1867 - Mar. 27, 1939. John F. Bartley was a son of George G. Bartley and Harriet Fitzhugh, a grandson of John William Bartley and Winifred Bagby & Alexander Cambell Fitzhugh and Nancy Cason. On Dec. 11, 1890 he married Elizabeth W. Williamson. She was a daughter of Wyatt Williamson and Frances Callaway.
