Dr. William O. Payne, Feb. 14, 1878 - Sept. 25, 1961. Lillian Wise Payne, Dec. 24, 1890 - Dec. 15, 1918. William O. Payne was a son of Patrick Flayle Payne and Mary Francis Lynes. On Dec. 25, 1908 he 1st married Lillian Belle Wise. She was a daughter of Horace Benton Wise and Evaline Nichols. He 2nd married Mary R. Unknown.
