Wm. J. Hook, May 21, 1872 - Aug. 7, 1946. William J. Hook was a son of James Newland Hook and Elizabeth Jane Herring. He was my 2nd cousin twice removed. On Nov. 23, 1899 in Callaway Co., Missouri, he married Jennie E. McMurtry.
