Russell Bullard, Oct. 25, 1916 - Sept. 14, 1982. Elsie Stephens Bullard, July 10, 1912 - Aug. 19, 1988. Russell Bullard was a son of Nonie Foster Bullard and Mabel Irene Hill, a grandson of Ruben Hollinsworth Bullard and Martha Ellen Selby, and, John William Hill and Maggie E. McClellan. He was my 3rd cousin. He married Elsie Stephens. She was a daughter of Oren Douglas Stephens & Ida Alice Burnett.
