Powell Qualls, May 4, 1856 - Mar. 11, 1929. Euphemia J. Qualls, his wife, May 5, 1863 - Dec. 17, 1938. Powell Qualls was a son of Levi Qualls of Virginia and Mary Goodman of Kentucky. On Sept. 14, 1884 in Callaway Co, Missouri, he married Euphemia Altheiser. She was a daughter of Alexander Altiser of Indiana and Margrerite Sparks of Illinois.
