Bartley, Charles Clinton, Dec. 13, 1911 - Jan. 6, 2002. Payton Reynolds, Jan. 1, 1920 - Dec. 8, 2009. Charles Clinton Bartley was a son of Campbell Bartley and Julia Mosley. He was a grandson of James J. Bartley and Mary E. Berry, and, Robert S. Mosley and Susan Bagby. He was my 4th cousin twice removed. On Feb. 10, 1946 in Fulton, Missouri, he married Payton R. Reynolds. She was a daughter of William Irvin Reynolds and Grace Mary Allen Clatterbuck. A granddaughter of Reuben H. Reynolds and Susan E. Jones, and, Baxter G. Clatterbuck and Ida M. Allen. She was my 5th cousin once removed.
