Benj. F. Thatcher, Jan. 26, 1839 - June 21, 1929. Sarah E. Thatcher, his wife, Oct. 18, 1840 - July 22, 1917. Benjamin F. Thatcher was a son of John Thatcher and Mary Jane Hughes of Kentucky. About 1864, he married Sarah E. Newland. She was a daughter of Samuel Newland and Mary Wilson Barton.
