Robert R. Carrington, Nov. 18, 1840 - Oct. 14, 1914. Nannie P. Carrington, his wife, Dec. 4, 1861 - May 18, 1942. Robert Randolph Carrington was a son of John Carrington and Elizabeth T. Randolph. He was a grandson of Randolph Carrington and Katharine McGary, and Robert Randolph and Elizabeth Davis. He was my 1st cousin 3 times removed. On Jan. 15, 1866 in Callaway Co., Missouri, he married Julia A. Holt. He married Nannie Sheley on Dec. 19, 1885. Nannie Sheley was a daughter of Benjamin F. Sheley and Priscilla A. Renoe. She was a granddaughter of Henry Francis Renoe and Priscilla Alexander, and, Reason Sheley and Nancy G. White.
