Thomas H. Carter, son of John G. Carter and Matilda Herring, b: Apr 4, 1859 d: Feb 20, 1865, Callaway Co. Missouri. He was a son of John G. Carter and Matilda J. Herring, b: May 7, 1846, d: May 7, 1846 Callaway Co. Missouri. He was a grandson of Mariah Hill and John B. Herring, and, Robert P. Carter and Mary Polly Smith. He was my great granduncle. Readable headstone existed in 1933. No headsones are left in this cemetery.
