William E. Kemp, 1895 - 1930 At Rest. William E. Kemp was a son of Thomas W. Kemp and Annie L. Galwith. He was a grandson of of Andrew L. Kemp and Martha Foster, and, Peter F. Galwith and Susan E. Smith. He was the twin of Walter P. Kemp. William was my 2nd cousin twice removed.
