Overton - mother, Mattie J. 1857 - 1934. father - W.A.H. 1851 - 1939. William A.H. Overton was born Nov. 1851 in Callaway Co., Missouri. He was a son of Benjamin Francis Overton and Ann S. Holt, a grandson of Lewis Overton and Sarah Gibbs. On Nov. 23, 1873 in Callaway Co., Missouri, he married Mattie J. Collard. She was born in March of 1857 in Missouri. They moved to Texas soon after their marriage. William was my 2nd great granduncle.
