      He died in the Callaway Hospital after a stay of 6 days. His usual address was R.F.D. #6, Fulton, Missouri. He was a retired farmer, never in the military. He was a widower when he died. Mrs. Jennie Douglas of Fulton, gave the information for his death certificate.

      His parents were James A. Martin and Mariah Muir.
