    • She lived at 710 Westminster, Fulton, Missouri, at the time of her death. She died in the Missouri Baptist Hosptial, St. Louis, Missouri. Carl Riley of the same address gave the information for her death certificate.

      Doctor's statement on death certificate; Pelvic absess due to puerperal infection, pulmonay embulism sudden death. Returned from op. room in good condition. Delivered by family physician at Fulton, Mo. in Dec. 1935. Removal of right ovary and tubes.

      Headstone also reads:
      Our daughter Norma Jean Died Dec. 28, 1935.
