He died in the State Hospital in Fulton after a stay of three weeks. He worked there as a plasterer. The information for his death certificate was given by his wife, Ethel Nevins of Fulton, Missouri. He was never in the military. His parents were L.U. Nevins and Ellen Long
His name originally came from his wife's father's obituary. I have not found a marriage record in Callaway county.
