  They lived at 801 Kensington, Kansas City, Missouri, at the time of his death. He was a self employed contractor. He had lived in Kansas City for 35 years, I imagine he met Myrtle through one of her brothers who was a builder in Kansas City. Myrtle's age on his death certificate is about 10 years older than she really was. He did in the General Hospital #1 in Kansas City after a stay of 3 days. His parents were C. Frank McCormack of Virginia and Miss Terry of Kentucky. He was buried in Floral Hills cemetery, Kansas City. His wife gave the information for his death certificate.
