    • Child of a Former Callaway Man Dies
      Donna, the two-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William T. Hendrix of St. Louis, and a niece of Mrs. Paul C. Turner and S.L. Hendrix of Fulton, died at 11:00 o'clock Tuesday night in De Paul Hospital, St. Louis, where she had undeergone a delicate operation. Funeral arrangements were not known in Fulton, Wednesday.
      The child is the same that underwent a marvelous operation for a stomach defect two days after her birth. She completely recovered from the ordeal and became a healthy normal child, but her death resulted from a recurrence of the same trouble. Her father is president of the Longlife Roofing Company of St. Louis and is a native of Callaway county. She is the only child of this family. Friends extend sincere sympathy.
