    • George Anderson Kemp, 72, Tebbetts, died Nov. 13, 1999, at his home.
      He was born Nov. 11, 1927, a son of Otis and Nora Rogers Kemp. He was married Dec. 6, 1948, to Edna Mae Carter, who survives at the home.
      He was a farmer and raised Angus cattle. He also operated a logging business and a trucking business.
      He had been a member of the American Legion and was a lifetime member of the VFW.
      Other survivors include: four daughters, Kay Teseniar, Jefferson City, Jean McCain, Houston, Texas, and Kathy Brown and Jeanette Ford, both of Tebbetts; five brothers, Bob Kemp and Raymond Kemp, both of Mexico, Mo., Eugene Kemp, Eldon, Carl Kemp, Tebbetts, and Floyd Kemp, California, Mo.; two sisters, Berniece Jenkins, Rush Hill, and Mary Goodman, Bates City; and seven grandchildren.
      Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Maupin Funeral Home, Fulton. Bruce Williamson will officiate. Burial will be in Bull Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday. Memorials are suggested to the Visiting Nurses Hospice.
