    • He gave the information for his mother's death certificate in 1943.

      His home was in Ashland Missouri. He never married. He died in the State Hospital in Fulton after a 6 month stay. His occupation was hospital attendent. He was never in the military. No one signed his death certificate, the information was taken from hospital records. His name was spelled Henshaw on his death certificate.
