    • He was retired from being the Chief of Police in Nevada.

      He died in the Wyatt Nursing home in Nevada Missouri. He lived in Nevada for 50 years. He was never in the military. Hazel N. Haggard, his daughter who lived in Kansas City, Kansas, signed his death certificate.
