Notes	On December 20, 1905, he married Mary Maude Poland. They had no children. She died on August 30, 1925 and was buried in Dry Fork Cemetery. Waller then married Myrtle Gertrude Farmer on December 25, 1927, daughter of Samuel Thomas Farmer and Nancy Jane Williams. They had two daughters, both whom are still living. Waller died on October 21, 1943 and was buried in Dry Fork Baptist Church. Myrtle died on July 28,1968 and is buried in Callaway Memorial Gardens, in Fulton, Missouri.
