    • Maydean H. Straw, 93, Kansas City, MO, passed away Monday, January 17, 2000. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, January 20, at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Floral Hills Chapel; burial in Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the Chapel. The family suggests contributions to Kansas City Hospice.
      Mrs. Straw was born July 1, 1906, in Fulton, MO. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward W. Straw, in 1985. Survivors include her daughter, B. Joyce Hughes, Edwardsville, KS; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. (Arrangements: D.W. Newcomer's Sons Floral Hills Chapel)
