      Her son, Orvis Smith of Auxvasse Missouri, gave the information for her death certificate. He gave the maiden name of her mother as Eliza Hardin. This was incorrect, she was Eliza Stultz. Eliza Stultz's step-father was a Hardin.

      Family did not allow an autopsy, which is why the cause of death was listed as "probably".
